Shadow Line
This collections was inspired by Joseph Conrad's novel "The Shadow Line, A Confession". The Shadow Line is attached between two sails, creating a hypothetic terrain. Sailing, the sea and freedom are all naturally present in this collection, but the main purpose of the Shadow Line, both the novel as well as the collection, is to portray the transition from youth, carelessness and passion towards a more aware presence that comes with adulthood.
The Shadow Line is both personal and universal, the symbol of becoming independent as well as facing the world.
"The free soul is rare, but you know it when you see it - basically because you feel good, very good, when you are near or with them" – Charles Bukowski
