This User Agreement will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Finland. Any contractual disputes are primarily settled through negotiations, in other cases disputes are settled at the District Court of Päijät-Häme, Lahti , Finland.

We hope you are happy with your Lorukoru purchase. If for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return purchased items within fifteen (15) days from the date you receive them. The products must be returned complete and unused in their original packaging.
After we have received and accepted the returned items, we will issue a refund following your method of payment. Unfortunately Lorukoru can not offer free returns at this time. However we will refund return costs if the product we have sent you is incorrect or faulty. Refund times depend on your credit or debit card company.
If you prefer to exchange the item for another item or size, you must ask for a return from email@example.com and make a new purchase. The original items should be returned within 15 days of the request for exchange.

3. The purpose of processing personal data
Data protection law in European Union requires a lawful basis for collecting and retaining personal data from citizens or residents of the European Economic Area. These lawful bases include:

Most of the basic information is collected from the data subjects themselves at the beginning of and during the customer relationship. Any possible updates done to information is done by the request of the data subject themselves.
Additional data (ie.purchase history) may be added to the register later by Samuji’s customer register administrator.

Tangible material (paper registration forms) is disposed of after the data has been saved into the register. Before the disposal, the material will be saved in a locked space. The data processing system is protected by data protection software for the operating system. Access to the system requires that each user of the register enters a user ID and password.
Lorukoru will retain customer information as long as customer account is active, as necessary to provide the customer with the services or otherwise set forth in this Policy. Lorukoru will also retain and use this information as necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy and to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements and protect Lorukoru’s rights.
